​Steve Phillips currently serves as the Chair of the Board at Regent College London (RCL). Prior to this role, he was the Chief International Officer at RCL and has over 30 years of experience in international education. His extensive background includes leadership positions at Mander Portman Woodward (MPW), British Study Centres, and Regent’s University London. Additionally, he has served as Chair of the English UK Board, overseeing the British Council’s accreditation scheme.
